What we collect: your device's Wi-Fi hardware address (MAC), the Wi-Fi access point you connected to, your order details (package, price), and — only if you provide them — your name and email address for your receipt. PayFast collects payment details directly; we never receive your card or bank credentials.

Why: to deliver and manage the internet access you purchased, to provide support, and to keep records required for accounting.

Retention: purchase and device records are kept for accounting and support (default 12 months, configurable) and then deleted. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights: you may request access to or correction/deletion of your information; contact us via the support details on the portal. This notice follows POPIA principles; final wording must be confirmed with legal counsel.
