1. Service. These terms apply to prepaid internet access purchased from IDEAS2IT SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD via the IDEAS2IT WiFi portal.

2. One device. Each purchase provides internet access for ONE device (the device used to complete the purchase). Purchases are not transferable between devices in this release.

3. Time. Access runs continuously from the moment it is activated, including while your device is disconnected. The purchased time cannot be paused.

4. Speed and data. Connection speed is limited as shown on the package. Packages in this release have no data cap; the speed limit applies throughout. 'No data cap' does not mean unlimited speed.

5. Payments. Payments are processed by PayFast. We do not see or store your card details. Refunds are handled per South African consumer law and at the merchant's discretion.

6. Fair use. The service may not be used for unlawful activity. Access may be suspended for abuse or non-payment.

7. Liability. The service is provided as-is; no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.

8. Changes. Terms may change; purchases are governed by the version accepted at checkout.
